Week of 2/26

Dear Parents,

Can you believe March is almost here? This week we will finish Unit 5 in reading and have our tests on Friday. We will also start working with money and learn to identify and count coins. Please make sure you send your child in with coins so they can practice!

Here are the reminders for this week:

- If you did not send in coins with your child, please do so ASAP! 4 quarters, 10 dimes, 20 nickels and 25 pennies in a ziplock bag labeled with their name.

- There will be a math test on Tuesday this week on addition and subtraction to 20. We will review in school and a review will be sent home for homework tonight.

- Test folders will be sent home Tuesday. Please sign and return on Wednesday!

- There will be a Reading and Spelling test on Friday.

-Leprechaun trap information was sent home today! Google has some great examples of traps! Students are asked to bring the traps in on Friday, 3/15! Please do not send in before because we have limited space in the classroom! If you have any questions please let me know! Happy building!
