Week of 11/30

Dear Parents,

I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving and had to time to relax with family and friends. Now the countdown until Christmas is on! Needless to say the next three weeks will be busy and are sure to fly by. Please make sure you read all reminders in the coming weeks. Here they are for this week:

- Today starts the second trimester. Report cards will be given out next week.

- Students will begin copying their homework down each day in their HW copybooks. No hard copy will be sent home.  Homework will always be posted on the blog.

- If you have not paid the $21.00 for books please send it in ASAP.

- If you would like to chaperone the bowling trip please send in a note or email. I will be picking at the end of the week.

- Our class will go to Santa's Secret Shop on Tuesday from 9:30-10:00. If your child wishes to shop please send in the envelope marked with your child's name, who to shop for, their age,  and approximately how much money to spend on each person. This is a great help to me and the parents helping the kids shop.

- There will be a Reading and Spelling test on Friday.

- The field trip permission forms for the play are due by Friday.

- This Saturday is Breakfast with Santa. Don't forget to send in your forms if you would like to go!

- Just a heads up, next Wednesday night at 7:00pm is the Christmas Concert. More information will be sent home next week.

- I need a Mystery Reader for Thursday, December 10th.

I think that is plenty for now! Please email me if you have any questions!
