Week of 11/2

Dear Parents,

Another month down! I can't believe it! I just wanted to thank all of you who came to see the kids at the Saints Celebration. It is truly a special tradition here at SKS and I was so proud of how well the kids sang and read! The Halloween-a-thon and Batty Bash were also a huge success :)

Be sure to check out some pictures below from the Saints Celebration, the Halloween-a-thon and of our special scientist guest, Mrs. Hope (Patch's grandmom). We certainly had a fun-filled week!

Here are your reminders:

- Since this week is short and there will be no homework :) Please continue to review sight words, math facts and to read each night.

- No school on Tuesday or Friday this week.

- Conferences start Thursday after school and will continue on Friday. Thank you for signing up. I look forward to meeting with everyone!

- We will have a Blue and White dress down day on Thursday to show school spirit! This will be free!

- We will have a Religion test on Chapter 3 on Thursday. A study guide will be sent home today.

- I need Mystery Readers for November! If you are available 11/5, 11/12 or 11/19 from 2:00-2:30 please let me know!

Have a great week!

Katie
