Week of 9/21

Our first mystery reader of the year! Thanks, Mrs. McCracken!

Dear Parent/s,

We have a short week this week with the World Meeting of Families and the visit from Pope Francis, so there is not too much going on this week. Here a few reminders:

- There will be no homework this week.

- Journals need to be decorated and covered by Friday, October 2.

- I am still in need of Mystery Readers for October 15th, 22nd and 29th. Please let me know if you are interested.

- Our field trip to Highland Orchards will be on Friday, October 9th. We will leave SKS at 9:00 and will return around 1:30. If you have all of your clearances and are interested in chaperoning, please let me know by email or note by Monday, September 28th. Sorry, no siblings. Remember, if you are ordering lunch for October, first grade will not need it that day.

That is all! Have a great week!

Miss Tosti
