Week of 10/16

We couldn't believe how much our seeds grew in 1 week!

Dear Parents,

I hope you had a great weekend! The saints reports were done so well and  I loved reading them! We will be getting ready for our Saints Celebration this and next week! If your child was picked to read they will be coming home with a copy of their part to practice at home. It does not need to be sent back to school.

- The 7th grade will be selling popsicles for $1.00 at recess on Tuesday to raise money for Cases for Smiles. Raffle tickets will also be sold for a chance to win variety of different prize baskets. The form was sent home last week and tickets must be in by Wednesday! Thanks!

- There will be a math test on addition tomorrow. A review sheet will be sent home for homework tonight.

- We will have a reading and spelling test on Friday.

- Picture day is Thursday! Even though it is gym day, please send your child in their winter uniform. If you could pack their sneakers in their schoolbag we will change into them for gym. Thanks for your help with this!

- There Home and School meeting for Thursday night has been postponed. We will let you know when  new date is set up.

- Friday is the JDRF Walk with the Principal to raise awareness for Juvenile Diabetes. The kids may wear their gym uniforms, spirit wear or anything blue and white. If you would like to send in a donation for JDRF you can :)

That is it for now! Go Phils!
