Week of 9/24

Thanks to Mrs. Elliott for reading to us last week!

Dear Parents,

We made it through another week! The kids have been doing great. It is nice to see them working together and taking pride in their work. Thanks for reinforcing all we learn in school at home :).

Here are your reminders for the week:

- The Star Student schedule for the year was sent home today. I will send home the a folder with directions the week prior to your child's week. Please let me know if you have any questions.

- Test folders will be sent home on Tuesday. Please sign and return on Wednesday.

- First in Math usernames and passwords will be given out this week. I will tape them on the inside of each child's Home Folder. This is a website that can be used at home to review math skills throughout the year and will also be given as math homework on some Thursday nights. If you have any questions please let me know!

- We will have our first Religion test on Wednesday. Please use the review sheet to study.

- Our field trip to Highland Orchards has been booked for Tuesday, October 30th! Permission forms will be sent home in the coming weeks!

- We loved reading our story Jack and Wolf with partners last week! We worked on reading with expression (especially when Jack yelled "Wooooooolf").
